All information about setting up and registering with the ORTY service you can find in onboarding during registration in the app. If you didn't find the information you need, contact our support chat, go to the application ORTY POS, then "More" button, and there will be a rocket icon in the lower right corner, click on it.

If the application ORTY POS does not work, first, make sure that the device on which the app is installed or planning to install meets the system requirements. Next, check the stability of the Internet. If the first two points are alright, contact our technical support.

ORTY POS app can only be installed on Android devices. The device itself is not important, but it must meet the requirements: Android version 5 or higher and a minimum of 2 GB of RAM.

No, the ORTY POS app only works on Android devices. We are not responsible for the operation of the application on Android simulators. From a computer, you can make personal account settings, create and import menus, and view analytics.
