In ORTY, you can integrate an external courier app or adjust the settings, just as you want them, from scratch. For your comfort use the Takeaway POS systems
Activate the delivery function and control it in one system
Communicate with your Clients. Indicate the rules of your delivery in the automatically generated pop-up on the Self-service website
Indicate the threshold for minimum check delivery amount and maximum delivery range
Choose the desired division of Delivery Zones or connect an external courier service
Curbside pickup
The format, when you can place and receive the order without leaving your car, is familiar to us through MacDrive and KFC drive, but not all establishments can afford such restaurant delivery software due to the location and budget. That is why we have developed an alternative solution — a way to receive an order without leaving your car.
From the system's side:
- Makes an order on the web choosing from your e-menu.Also, in the online menu, you can make a reservation for a table. Learn more in our article about table management software.
- Provides the necessary data regarding the time of the pickup and car details, selects the location, and convenient payment option.
- Receives instructions, parking coordinates, and notifications that you can configure in ORTY using different communication channels. For example, SMS, email, Facebook, or Telegram chatbots.
- Upon arrival, sends a notification to the restaurant, being ready to make a pickup.
From the restaurant's side:
- Receives an order from the Client.
- Depending on the settings, the order is transferred to the kitchen by an employee or automatically.
- After receiving a notification from the Client upon arrival, the waiter takes out an order to a parking lot.
- Enjoys the speed and ease of delivery not less than the Client :)
All you need to get started is a parking lot and a Drive sign.
